This accessibility statement applies to the website published at www.def-shop.com as well as all related digital services, in particular our mobile app (iOS & Android), the email newsletter, and other digital communication channels.
Compliance status
These digital services are partially compliant with the requirements of EU Directive 2019/882 and the German Accessibility Enhancement Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSG).

Non-accessible content
Despite our efforts to ensure accessibility, some content is not yet fully accessible:
- Older videos without subtitles or audio descriptions
- Individual PDFs or documents that are not accessible
- Missing alternative texts for some decorative or embedded images
- Contrast ratios and usability of certain interactive elements, especially on heavily styled landing pages
- Content within third-party plugins over which we have no direct control
We are continuously working to improve and adapt this content.
